No one-month price: Aspire sells semaglutide by the vial, and its table gives each vial's supply in weeks, none of them four. The starting row reads “0.25 mg 10 weeks $129 $258 $387”. Priced per vial by weekly dose, and a vial doesn't always last a month: 0.25 mg $129 (10 weeks), 0.5 mg $129 (5 weeks), 1 mg $159 (5 weeks), 1.7 mg $189 (5.8 weeks) and 2.4 mg $189 (4.1 weeks); 1 mg and up are double-strength. Two and three vials cost two and three times as much, except at 1.7 and 2.4 mg, where three vials are $499 instead of $567.

Fees on top of the medication
Membership. Required: $49 a month. Two figures on Aspire's own site. The weight-loss, semaglutide and tirzepatide pricing pages each print “Monthly Medical Care: $49”, which “Includes provider visits, messaging, prescription management, and ongoing medical support,” and $49 is recorded because it's the figure on the plan pages. The FAQ calls it the LoseIt Program at “$75 monthly”, billed monthly, and says “Active enrollment in the LoseIt Program is required to continue medication therapy.” Patients at goal weight can move to LostIT at $50 a month or $550 a year.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.
Billing, canceling and refunds
Aspire bills its care program monthly; an emailed cancellation takes hold when the current cycle closes, and partial months aren't refunded.
Compounded medication charges lock in the moment Aspire sends the prescription to the pharmacy, and shipped medicine is final unless the pharmacy or carrier erred.
Automatic refills are optional; if chosen, monthly plans renew at about three weeks, three-month plans at about ten and six-month plans at about 22.
Any consultation fee Aspire charges stays earned after a provider reviews your case, even when no treatment follows.
