One month, no commitment

No 1-month price

No price for one month with no commitment appears on their public pages. Every figure they do publish is below.

Every plan, by drug and term

Compounded semaglutide

No price for this on Balanced Hormone Health's own pages.

Priced by total milligrams, not by time. The starter is a 5 mg vial at $197; a 20 mg vial is $425 (marked down from $507), and a 40 mg glycine package is $675. Five “pharmacy packages” carry different additives (B12, B6 or glycine) and different per-mg rates, from $59.60 down to $16.88. How long a vial lasts depends on your dose, and the consent form says “There is no guarantee on how long a vial will last.”

Compounded tirzepatide

No price for this on Balanced Hormone Health's own pages.

Also sold by the vial: 60 mg for $499 (“~12 Week Supply”), 75 mg for $540, 120 mg for $849 and 150 mg for $900. Larger vials are refill-only for patients already on 6 mg a week or more. Per-mg rates run from $11.44 (with B3) to $6 (with glycine).

Brand tirzepatide

No price for this on Balanced Hormone Health's own pages.

Zepbound is bought from LillyDirect, not from BHH, and BHH doesn't print the pen price; its Zepbound page links out to Lilly's own price list. What BHH charges is the prescribing: $139 for the first telehealth consult and $80 for each monthly script refill.
