No price for this on Big Easy Weight Loss' own pages.

Package pricing, the same at every dose. The pricing card reads “Starting at $495 for 12 weeks”, while the New Patients Guide says “$499/12 weeks, regardless of dosing” through Hallandale or Seven Cells (OptioRx where Seven Cells can't ship), with “a $100 discount on starter dosing for those brand new to GLP injectables.” Scripts shorter or longer than 12 weeks are prorated.

Compounded tirzepatide

No price for this on Big Easy Weight Loss' own pages.

Priced by pharmacy and package length, not dose. The card reads “Starting at $599 for 12 weeks”. The New Patients Guide lists $499 for 10 weeks through OptioRx, $599 for 12 weeks through several other pharmacies, Miller's of Wycoff at $867 for 12 weeks, and Medivant at $360 for 4 weeks (15mg only), with $80 to $100 off starter dosing for first-time GLP-1 patients.

Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

The $75 consultation fee is credited toward treatment, or refunded if the physician finds you aren't a good fit.
Payment is taken as the script goes to the pharmacy, which is usually the evening of the appointment.
Quarterly prescriptions can be paid in equal monthly installments over the prescription period.
No written refund or cancellation policy is published.
