Fees on top of the medication

• Membership. Required: $9.99 a month. From the FAQ, under “Is there a membership or subscription required?”: “Yes. BiltRx has a 9.99 monthly membership” covering care coordination, priority support and member savings on supplements. “Consultation fees and medication costs are billed separately”.
• Consultation. Every GLP-1 product page says “Consultation and shipping apply separately.”, and the FAQ says “Consultation fees and medication costs are billed separately”. No amount is published on any public page.

Billing, canceling and refunds

• Subscription orders keep billing your card on a schedule until you stop them, and BiltRx may run the first renewal ahead of time.
• Stopping one takes two days' notice before the renewal date, by email, phone or your account, and service runs through the period already paid.
• Money for a partly used period comes back only at BiltRx's discretion, and an order locks once a provider signs off on the prescription.
• Claims go to one-on-one AAA arbitration unless you mail an opt-out within thirty days.

BiltRx cost questions

• What does the first month at BiltRx cost?$90.99 for compounded semaglutide, the same as every month after it. • Does BiltRx sell a cheaper prepaid plan?No. compounded semaglutide at $81, compounded tirzepatide at $129, brand semaglutide at $1,449 and brand tirzepatide at $1,499 are sold month to month only, with no prepaid plan published.
• Does the BiltRx price go up with the dose?Yes. A month of brand semaglutide runs from $1,449 to $1,849 depending on the dose; the full ladder is above.
