We rank it on $109 because it is the price of the starting-dose vial in the cart, repeated on the pricing page, and the $139 appears only in a comparison table.
Priced by vial, one vial per month: $109 at 0.25mg a week, $129 at 0.5mg, $149 at 1mg, $169 at 1.5mg and $189 at 2.5mg. Three-month Blis Reset kits are $299 (1mg, 2mg and 4mg vials) or $309 (4mg, 6mg and 10mg vials), paid at once.

We rank it on $159 because the product page sells the 2.5mg-a-week vial at $159, and $199 is what that page charges for the next vial up.
One vial per month, priced by weekly dose: $159 at 2.5mg, $199 at 5mg, $219 at 7.5mg, $230 at 10mg, $250 at 12.5mg and $270 at 15mg. Blis Reset kits cover three months for $449 (5mg, 10mg and 15mg vials) or $549 (20mg, 25mg and 30mg vials).
