No plan length is attached to that figure anywhere on the site, so $116 isn't treated as a confirmed month-to-month price and the hero above carries no number. The charged-today column repeats the per-month figure because Bliv publishes no total.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. $24.99. "Please be advised that a fee of $24.99 applies for consultations with a provider." It appears only in the refund policy and the terms and conditions, not in the pricing block.

Billing, canceling and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged on each billing date.
A full refund is possible only within 72 hours of purchase, and only if no services were rendered and the medication has not gone to the pharmacy.
After 72 hours no refund is issued, shipped or not, unless the provider documents that the medication can no longer be taken.
Qualifying refunds are reduced by a $200 clinical coordination and account setup charge, and both the membership fee and the 15.99% CareCredit service fee are non-refundable.
