Two prices on its own pages
BloomMD prints two prices for compounded semaglutide: $295 The dose menu's option label, “Monthly Subscription (Any Dose) - $295” and $275 The price shown for that option (“One-Time Purchase $275.00”) and the home page card “Compounded Semaglutide From $275.00”. We rank it on $275 because it's the price both the product page and the home page show for a one-month order; the $295 appears only inside the dose menu's option label.
Any dose, same price: the program list offers a monthly option of four injections and a three-month option of twelve, both at any dose. The product is a semaglutide, glycine and B12 injection. New patients can instead buy a 10-week starter at $395, capped at 5 mg total. Choosing the subscription takes $5 off the month ($270), which the page calls an initial discount without saying what renewals cost.

Priced by weekly dose. 30-day supplies: $249 at 2.2 mg, $319 at 4.4 mg, $379 at 7 mg, $409 at 10 mg and $459 at 13 mg. 90-day supplies: $695, $775, $995, $1,095 and $1,225 at the same doses. A 12-week new-patient starter stepping 2.2, 4.4 and 7 mg is $749, and the page tells first-timers to choose it. A subscription takes $5 off a 30-day order. A separate 8-week microdose vial at 1.25 mg a week is $195.

BloomMD sells a Wegovy membership, not Wegovy. The membership is $75 a month or $225 for three months, and the prescription goes to NovoCare Pharmacy or a pharmacy you choose, where you buy the pens. BloomMD puts that medication cost at $199 to $349 a month and says the manufacturer sets it.

The Zepbound membership is $95 a month for vials (a KwikPen membership is $75), and the prescription goes to LillyDirect or your pharmacy. BloomMD lists the medication at $349 to $499 a month, paid to the pharmacy.

The Wegovy pill here is Novo Nordisk's own product. Membership is $75 a month; the page lists the medication, bought at a pharmacy, at $149 monthly for the 1.5 and 4 mg strengths and $299 for 9 and 25 mg. BloomMD also sells compounded Oral GLP-1 Drops at $245 without naming the molecule or the supply length on the product page.

| 90-day program · compounded semaglutide | $750 | $825 | −$75 |

The last two columns are our arithmetic, not BloomMD's: the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at BloomMD's month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.
The service, the checks and who should skip BloomMD are in the BloomMD review. To price a plan line by line with any membership and fee added, use the real cost calculator; it reads the same ladder. How the advertised figure compares with every other company's is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
