Billing, canceling and refunds
Nothing is charged until a doctor approves the prescription; payment is held until then.
Monthly, three-, six- and twelve-month terms are each billed in full at the start and renew automatically, sometimes up to 10 days before the term ends.
Cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date through the member portal, by email or by phone.
Once charged, the fee is non-refundable, including for the rest of a term you leave early.
