The plan screen, 15 steps into the intake: "Choose your plan · Month-to-Month: $249 $199 first month · 3-month plan: $748 · 6-month plan: $1,248 Save $246 · 12-month plan: $2,298 Save $690", with the 3-month plan preselected and "Total if prescribed $748" beneath. The three-month card carries no savings badge at all, and it's the one Breeze has already chosen for you. Its twin platform prints "Save $-1" on the identical $748 plan, which is what three months at $249 against a $748 charge actually produces. The $246 and $690 badges are each exactly $50 too large for the same reason as on the twin: both subtract from $249 × N and ignore the $199 first month on the card beside them, so the real savings are $196 and $640. The screen also carries a caveat the twin does not: "*Prices are based on lowest dosage rates. Higher dosages may reflect a higher rate. Please review product descriptions for dosage pricing." The last two columns are our arithmetic, not Breeze Meds': the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at Breeze Meds' month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.
Fees on top of the medication
Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. $80. Breeze describes the $80 telehealth visit fee as conditional: charged only if the prescription is approved and you then choose not to proceed, and free if you go ahead. Its platform twin, Synergy Rx, describes the same $80 as charged "regardless of whether I receive medication". The two sites state opposite terms for one fee.
Billing, canceling and refunds
Plans run month to month or cover 3, 6 or 12 months, and the plan screen says they can be changed or stopped at any time.
No payment is processed until a provider approves the prescription.
The $80 telehealth fee applies only if approval comes through and the patient then declines to proceed.
