Fees on top of the medication
Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. $100 (brand tirzepatide only). Zepbound only. The products page shows “$100 Brightmeds doctor consult fee” on both the Zepbound pen and vial cards, while the compounded offer page says “There is no separate consultation or prescribing fee.”
Billing, canceling and refunds
A declined patient gets back anything charged or held, though a review that runs past 5 days can trigger the charge before a decision.
Subscriptions renew on their own; a cancellation has to reach support by email or phone five business days ahead of renewal.
After the pharmacy compounds or dispenses an order, the charge generally stands and the medication can't be sent back.
A 6-month guarantee refunds GLP-1 costs to qualifying new customers who lose less than 10% of their weight.
