Two prices on its own pages
CaliberRx prints two prices for compounded semaglutide: $199 Monthly plan card on the semaglutide page and the home page card and $183 “From $183/mo” heading above the semaglutide plan cards. We rank it on $199 because it is the price on the plan billed monthly, and none of the four plan cards is priced at $183.
One price per plan length; no dose tiers are shown. The 12-month card says “Save 20%”, the same badge as the six-month card, though $129 against $199 is a 35% cut.

Tirzepatide has no plan page; the home page card “Starting at $199/Month” is the only figure, with no dose or plan length attached. The semaglutide card beside it uses the same “Starting at $199/Month” wording for what its plan page bills monthly.

The last two columns are our arithmetic, not CaliberRx's: the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at CaliberRx's month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.
Fees on top of the medication
Membership. Disclosed, never priced. The Payment & Billing Consent calls CaliberRx membership “a subscription service” billed “at the start of each billing cycle (typically monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan you select)” and lists it beside the provider group's consultation fees and the pharmacy's medication charge. No page prints a membership amount, so the plan card may or may not be the whole bill.
Consultation. Disclosed, never priced. The Payment & Billing Consent lists separate charges from “The provider group — for clinical consultations” alongside CaliberRx's membership and the pharmacy's medication charge, and says “Pricing for consultations and medications is set by the provider group and dispensing pharmacy respectively and is communicated to you at the time of service or dispensing.” No amount appears anywhere; the semaglutide page says “If your intake doesn't result in a prescription, no charge is applied.”
Billing, canceling and refunds
Nothing is charged if the intake doesn't lead to a prescription.
Membership renews automatically each cycle; fees aren't refundable once a cycle begins, and there are no prorated refunds.
Cancel at least 48 hours before a renewal to avoid the next charge.
Medication can't be refunded once filled and shipped, and a completed consultation is generally non-refundable.
