Sold by the vial, not by the month. The 2 mL Semaglutide/B12 vial (5 mg of semaglutide) comes with a printed ladder that starts at 0.25 mg a week and climbs in four-week steps to 2.5 mg, and its footnote says the two months “varies with titration schedule.” The $200.00/mo beside the $299.00 price is CeliaRx's own figure; $299 over two months is about $150 by our math. A larger “Semaglutide/B12 Injectable (4mL vial)” is listed at $399.00 on the Weight & Metabolism page, but its product link leads to a page that doesn't exist.

Two vial sizes share one printed ladder, 2.5 mg a week rising in four-week steps to 12.5 mg. The 34 mg vial is $549.00 for “~2 month supply” with a footnote of $350.00/mo; the 68 mg vial is $699.00 with a footnote of $225.00/mo and a four-month supply. Neither footnote matches its vial price divided by its months (about $275 and $175 by our math). CeliaRx also sells compounded tirzepatide as a dissolvable tablet, $299.00 for 4 mg and $499.00 for 8 mg, with no tablet count or supply length given.

Compounded semaglutide ODT tablets, not the brand Wegovy pill, dissolved under the tongue once a day. They're sold as three separate products: $199.00 for 1 mg, $299.00 for 2 mg and $449.00 for 6 mg. None of the three pages says how many tablets an order holds or how long it lasts, so no monthly price can be drawn from them.
