Flat pricing by dose, per the card's own line “Same price at every dose.” The intro rate is “for patients starting GLP-1 therapy for the first time and applies to the first billing cycle only.” The card also reads “Save $30 with quarterly plan”, but no other plan length is shown anywhere on the site.

Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

GLP-1 plans bill every three months and renew automatically at the standard rate until canceled.
A cancellation stops the next quarterly charge, but a quarter already under way isn't refunded.
Shipped medication can't be returned; wrong or damaged orders reported within 7 days are investigated and may be replaced.
New customers in the Coivas Challenge can claim back subscription fees if their verified weight hasn't dropped after three continuous months, subject to verification and a 40-day claim window.
