From the “Tirzepatide Initial” page, titration included. The tirzepatide maintenance program runs $897 for three months ($299 a month), $1,494 for six, $2,151 for nine and $2,748 for twelve. An older tirzepatide product page still lists “Initial – 6 Weeks (New Patients) - $263/month” and a six-month rate of $149.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

Programs are one-time payments that never auto-renew.
If a consultation ends with no prescription, the refund policy returns the payment minus a $100 clinical service fee.
A pre-shipment cancellation, requested within 30 days of buying, gets money back less service fees.
No refund is given once medication has been prescribed, compounded or shipped.
