Its terms: “Completion of a clinical consultation constitutes a non-refundable service fee of up to $100, regardless of whether a prescription is dispensed or shipped.” The fee appears in no marketing copy and no checkout summary, and it directly qualifies the site's “Full refund if not prescribed.”

Billing, canceling and refunds

The one-month plan bills monthly, and longer terms are charged in full quarterly, every six months or annually.
Canceling a prepaid plan leaves it active until the term ends, with no refunds or prorated credit for unused months.
A completed consultation counts as a non-refundable fee of up to $100, even when nothing is prescribed or shipped.
