‡ Our arithmetic, not a figure DrBrainRx prints: the plan's printed price multiplied or divided by its number of months.
Two prices on its own pages
DrBrainRx prints two prices for compounded semaglutide: $129 Home page hero tile, Compounded Track card and comparison table, with no plan length and $199 Skinny Brain page Compounded Track card, and the Monthly Flex price on the semaglutide product page. We rank it on $199 because the semaglutide product page that the home page's “Buy Now” button opens prices Monthly Flex at $199 and gives $129 only as the six-month Premier rate, and the Skinny Brain card agrees on $199.
One price at every dose from 0.25 mg to 2.5 mg a week; the home page tile says “Semaglutide $129 (All Doses)”. A 3-Month Momentum plan sits between the two rungs at $495 up front, “Equivalent to $165/month.” Bundle patients aren't pushed up the dose ladder: the clinical team can have you inject less from a higher-strength vial.

‡ Our arithmetic, not a figure DrBrainRx prints: the plan's printed price multiplied or divided by its number of months.
Two prices on its own pages
DrBrainRx prints 3 prices for compounded tirzepatide: $249 Home page hero tile and Compounded Track card (“up to 15mg”), $299 Skinny Brain page card for doses up to 7.5 mg, and the Monthly Flex price on the tirzepatide product page and $399 Skinny Brain page card for higher doses. We rank it on $299 because it is the Monthly Flex price on the tirzepatide product page behind the “Buy Now” button and the Skinny Brain price at a starting dose; $249 is that product page's six-month Premier rate.
The Skinny Brain page tiers tirzepatide by dose: $299 a month up to 7.5 mg and $399 above that, adding that “Many patients achieve excellent results without increasing beyond 7.5 mg.” The home page tile instead reads “Tirzepatide (up to 15mg) $249”, and the product page prices Monthly Flex at one $299 figure for weekly doses of 2.5 mg to 15 mg. The 3-Month Momentum plan is $807 up front, “Equivalent to $269/month.”

The last two columns are our arithmetic, not DrBrainRx's: the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at DrBrainRx's month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term. A ‡ marks a plan total DrBrainRx doesn't print; that one is its per-month price times the months.
The service, the checks and who should skip DrBrainRx are in the DrBrainRx review. To price a plan line by line with any membership and fee added, use the real cost calculator; it reads the same ladder. How the advertised figure compares with every other company's is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
