† The 3-, 6- and 12-month plans are printed only as per-month rates (“3-Month Plan $242 per month”). The refund policy calls them “Prepaid plans (3, 6, or 12-month)”, but no page states the amount charged at once, so each term rung's upfront figure is the per-month rate times the term.
Two prices on its own pages
Elevated Health prints 3 prices for compounded semaglutide: $176 Home page product tile: “Starting at $176 first month”, $196 Semaglutide page: “First order for $196” and $296 Semaglutide page monthly plan: “$296/mo after”. We rank it on $296 because it's what the monthly plan charges from the second month on, while $196 and the home page's $176 are two different versions of the same first-order discount.
One price at every dose. The page says “No membership fees. Same price at every dose.”, and the FAQ says “your price never goes up when your dose does — what you pay on day one is what you pay throughout your treatment.”

Elevated Health prints 3 prices for compounded tirzepatide: $238 Home page product tile: “Starting at $238 first month”, $259 Tirzepatide page: “First order for $259” and $359 Tirzepatide page monthly plan: “$359/mo regular”. We rank it on $359 because the tirzepatide page bills the monthly plan at $359 after the first order, and the $238 and $259 first-order figures disagree with each other.
The same flat-price promise covers tirzepatide: “No membership fees. Same price at every dose.” The plan table appears twice on the page, once reading “$359/mo regular” and once “$359/mo after”.

A floor printed once, on a home-page tile: “Starting at $1399/mo.” There's no Ozempic page (/ozempic returns a 404) and no per-dose price; the tile's buttons open the intake. The footer also lists Wegovy, linked to the same intake, with no price.

The last two columns are our arithmetic, not Elevated Health's: the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at Elevated Health's month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.
The service, the checks and who should skip Elevated Health are in the Elevated Health review. To price a plan line by line with any membership and fee added, use the real cost calculator; it reads the same ladder. How the advertised figure compares with every other company's is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
