The one-time alternative is $199.00 for the medication plus the $49.00 exam and $30.00 shipping, $278.00 per order. A separate microdosed semaglutide product, which starts “well below the standard 0.25 mg weekly semaglutide dose”, is $233.10 a month on subscription or $259.00 one-time.
