ElixaMD sells “compounded GLP-1s” and never names the molecule on its public pages; the only drug names printed are Wegovy and Ozempic in a trademark disclaimer. No dose table or price is shown.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

Membership begins once you finish the intake and pay for the first month; medical disqualification brings a full refund.
Cancellation requests by email or portal chat must land 72 hours ahead of the next charge; later ones take effect a cycle after.
A cancellation within the first 72 hours, before any service is received, is fully refunded. On monthly billing, neither the month you cancel in nor earlier ones come back; multi-month billing refunds only months when nothing shipped.
Consult fees stay with ElixaMD, and once prescription products are ordered they're final sale.
