| Plan | Per month | Charged today |
|---|---|---|
| 12-week supply, injection · advertised | $299 | $897 |
| 12-week supply, oral drops, dual pathway | $379 | $1,137 |
EllieMD never names a molecule. Its two injection options are labeled "GLP-1/GIP · Appetite Regulation · Dual Pathway" and "GLP-1 · Satiety Support · Single Pathway", both at "$299/mo ($897 total)", under the heading "12-week supply. Includes: Provider care, 2-day shipping, and all materials (nausea meds & labs)." The oral drops route prices the dual-pathway formula at "$379/mo ($1,137 total)" and the single-pathway one at $299/mo. Both totals multiply out exactly at three months. ⚠ The summary screen then prints "$299 per cycle" beside "$897 12-Week Supply", and the cycle is the twelve weeks, so on EllieMD's own page $299 is labeled two different things two screens apart. We file the price as a twelve-week block because that is the only thing you can buy.
The injection is $897 for twelve weeks, printed as "$299/mo ($897 total)" on the selection screen. The dual-pathway and single-pathway formulas cost the same. Oral drops are $1,137 for twelve weeks on the dual formula, printed as "$379/mo", and $299/mo on the single. EllieMD says the price covers "Provider care, 2-day shipping, and all materials (nausea meds & labs)" and states "NO HIDDEN MEMBERSHIP, SHIPPING, OR CONSULTATION FEES."
Twelve weeks is not three calendar months, and that matters when you compare this against a monthly subscription. Eighty-four days at $897 is $10.68 a day; three calendar months at $299 would be $9.83. The gap is small and it is real, and EllieMD is the one that introduced it by pricing in weeks and advertising in months.
Then the labeling wobbles. Step two calls the number "$299/mo". The confirmation screen prints "$299 per cycle" directly beside "$897 12-Week Supply", and the cycle is the twelve weeks. One of those two sentences has to be wrong, and EllieMD publishes both on the same path through the same funnel on the same day.
We could not get past the next screen. "BEGIN MEDICAL INTAKE" raises a dialog reading "ACCOUNT CREATION OR SIGN-IN — To proceed to the next step which is the medical questionnaire you will need to create an account by clicking the Register button." We don't open accounts to get a number, and in this case we already had it. What we did not get to see is the questionnaire, so nothing in this review describes EllieMD's medical screening.
The rest of the review — what the service is like and who should skip it — is on the EllieMD review. Prices move; this page was read August 2026, and the company's own site is the current source.
