Billing, canceling and refunds

Plans renew automatically, monthly or every three or six months, at the full rate after the discounted first order.
Cancellation requests go to EOS Health's support email or portal chat and must land three days ahead of the renewal; later ones roll over a cycle.
A patient who is medically disqualified gets a full refund; any other cancellation gets no refund, and refunds reach back one billing cycle only.
Damaged or incorrect medication is replaced by the pharmacy; prescription medication can't be returned.
