Billing, canceling and refunds

• You're charged at checkout and every 30 days after until you cancel; nothing is charged if a provider doesn't approve you.
• The terms allow turning off auto-refill up to 48 hours before the monthly charge, while the FAQ asks for 30 days' notice.
• Refunds cover only a wrong or damaged product, a safety failure, an unshipped order or a declined prescription.
• Returned medication carries a $35 disposal fee.
