Fees on top of the medication

Membership. Optional, $98 a month. Fridays advertises "No membership fees" and marks its compounded plans "Fridays™ Membership Included ($O)", with a capital letter O, not a zero. Its own Wegovy pen and Wegovy pill cards, on the same page, read "Starting Membership $49 / First month† meds excl." with the dagger "$49 your first month, then as low as $98/mo with a prepaid annual plan." So the membership is nil on the compounded plans, and it's the entire published price on the brand pill and pen plans, where the medication is excluded and never priced.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

The lower plan price is “Paid annually, delivered monthly,” meaning the whole year is charged at signup.
Month-to-month billing is the no-prepay option, at $249 for semaglutide and $359 for tirzepatide.
Wegovy pill and pen plans charge a $49 membership for the first month, then as low as $98 a month on a prepaid annual plan, medication not included.
