Fees on top of the medication

• Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
• Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

• Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal through Account Settings, by telephone or website chat. The terms say requests are processed immediately or within one business day.
• Cancellation stops the next eligible billing cycle; it does not automatically refund the current one. Subscription fees renew automatically while enrolled.
• The membership satisfaction guarantee refers to eligible membership or program fees paid within the preceding six months, less excluded or already incurred charges. It is not a promise to refund the full cost of treatment.
• The separate refund policy excludes processed medication, meals and supplements, certain scheduled appointments and discounted products or services. Appointments canceled within 72 hours are nonrefundable. Obtain the terms for your exact purchase before paying.
