One month, no commitment
$399/mo, month to month
The cheapest single month with no commitment. The lower monthly rates below need a longer plan.
| Drug | Month one | Each month after |
|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutide | $399 | $399 |
| Compounded tirzepatide | $399 | $399 |
Gaya Wellness sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide on the same plans at the same prices, so one ladder covers both.

† The tier fine print says only “Quarterly commitment pricing requires enrollment in a 3-month billing cycle.” No quarterly total is printed, so the $1,047 on the quarterly rung is $349 times three, not a figure Gaya shows.
Two prices on its own pages
Gaya Wellness prints two prices for compounded semaglutide: $399 Weight Loss Concierge program page, Premium tier (“otherwise $399/mo”) and $549 Membership Pricing page, “Gaya Weight Loss” tier with “Cost of compounded GLP-1 med included”. We rank it on $399 because it's the tier on the program page the home page and menus send you to, while the $549 membership page isn't linked from either.
Two prices on its own pages
Gaya Wellness prints two prices for compounded tirzepatide: $399 Weight Loss Concierge program page, Premium tier (“otherwise $399/mo”) and $549 Membership Pricing page, “Gaya Weight Loss” tier with “Cost of compounded GLP-1 med included”. We rank it on $399 because the Premium card on the linked program page is what a new patient is offered today; the unlinked membership page with $549 predates it.
One tier price covers semaglutide or tirzepatide, and the fine print ties it to “standard dosing.” Semaglutide carries no dose surcharge on the program page; the older membership page caps included medication at “semaglutide or tirzepatide up to 10mg/week.”
Same $399 tier, with a tirzepatide caveat: “Pricing may increase for Tirzepatide doses above 10mg/week based on individual clinical needs.” No figure for those higher doses is printed; the physician is to discuss any change in cost before it's made.

| Premium tier, quarterly commitment · compounded tirzepatide | $1,047 | $1,197 | −$150 |
The last two columns are our arithmetic, not Gaya Wellness': the plan's charge against the same number of months bought one at a time at Gaya Wellness' month-to-month price. A prepay only saves that much if you stay on the drug for the whole term.
The service, the checks and who should skip Gaya Wellness are in the Gaya Wellness review. To price a plan line by line with any membership and fee added, use the real cost calculator; it reads the same ladder. How the advertised figure compares with every other company's is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
