Both figures are floors rather than fixed rates, and the page says so twice: each plan card reads “Starting at:” and carries the line “(pricing dependent on dosing)” under it. The product is a compounded sublingual suspension taken daily under the tongue, not a weekly injection: “Not a Shot. Not a Tablet.” No dose table is published, so what a higher dose costs is not stated anywhere.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. The terms disclose a consultation fee and never price it, and they make clear it's charged either way: “Consultation fees cover professional evaluation and administrative services, regardless of prescribing outcome.” Every product page carries the same warning in plainer words: “Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be written or that medication will be dispensed.” Nothing on the site states the amount.
