Fees on top of the medication
Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.
Billing, canceling and refunds
Subscriptions renew at the selected billing frequency. Send support requests to change or cancel at least three business days before renewal; the portal also supports subscription management.
An order can be canceled before it is dispensed or shipped. Once either occurs, medication sales are final.
Report damaged or defective shipments within 48 hours, with photos and original packaging. The policy offers a replacement if confirmed; a refund applies when replacement is not possible.
The general refund page gives 5–10 business days after approval. The unavailable-treatment section of the terms instead gives up to 30 days after approval and permits a prorated refund for unshipped prepaid treatment the pharmacy network cannot supply. This refund-specific distinction was checked October 15, 2026; ask which timeline applies to your request.
