One price at every dose: nothing on the site ties the price to a dose, and the FAQ says a provider can adjust your dosage without mentioning a change in cost. Gimme states the per-month figures and the billing cadence — "$130 per month with a 3-month plan (billed every 3 months), or $160 per month with a month-to-month plan" — and does not print the three-month total, so the $390 above is $130 multiplied by three.

From the same grid, headed "Billing cycle · Per month": tirzepatide is $199 on one month and $163 on three. The $489 is $163 multiplied by three rather than a total Gimme publishes.
Compounded semaglutide is $160 a month on a month-to-month plan and $130 a month if you buy three months, billed every three months. Compounded tirzepatide is $199 and $163 the same way. The FAQ repeats it in a sentence: "$130 per month with a 3-month plan (billed every 3 months), or $160 per month with a month-to-month plan. Price includes medication, physician care, support, shipping, and all supplies. No hidden fees or membership costs."
We checked that claim against the rest of the site and it holds up. There is no consultation fee, no membership, no shipping charge and no separate lab bill on any page we read. The one thing worth watching is the clock rather than the money: the price grid is headed "Billing cycle", with rows for 1 month and 3 month, while the how-it-works section describes "On-time monthly refills — Shipped every 28 days after a short check-in". Billing on a calendar month and shipping every 28 days are two different rhythms, and nothing on the site reconciles them.
Refunds are narrow, as everywhere in this category: you can cancel an order before it is dispensed or shipped, and once medication has left the pharmacy it is non-refundable. If Gimme's pharmacy network can't fill a treatment plan, the terms provide for a prorated refund.
