No figure at any dose. The Weight Loss category offers semaglutide as “INJECTION WITH B12” or “INJECTION WITH GLYCINE”, and the Inflammation category adds an unpriced “Semaglutide Microdose” in injectable and sublingual forms. Every option links out to the Altro Health app for checkout.

Compounded tirzepatide

No price for this on Goldspan Health's own pages.

Same layout as semaglutide: tirzepatide with B12 or with glycine under Weight Loss, and a “Tirzepatide Microdose” (injection or sublingual) under Inflammation. Not one of these shows a dollar amount on Goldspan Health's site.

Billing, canceling and refunds
