Green Cap bills the Silver and Gold terms monthly, not up front. Its cards say "Billed monthly — not paid upfront" and "3 monthly charges — never one large bill", and it separately offers a single-charge prepay at $429 for three months and $699 for six. The $447 and $774 above are what the term comes to across its length at Green Cap's own per-month rates ($149 × 3 and $129 × 6); they aren't one charge, and Green Cap's own prepay figures for the same terms are lower. The month-to-month card carries "50% off first month" with code GREEN50, which takes the first month to $89.50 exactly, and states "No prepay option on this tier." Both savings chips reconcile against the month-to-month rate: $179 − $149 = $30 × 3 = the "Save $90 over 3 months" claimed, and $179 − $129 = $50 × 6 = the "Save $300 over 6 months" claimed.
