Brand semaglutide

No price for this on Heally's own pages.

Wegovy pens and Ozempic, filled by an outside pharmacy. Heally prints several self-pay figures for the Wegovy injection that don't agree: $149 in the Wegovy page's hero, $199 in the treatment catalog, “starts at $200 depending on dose” on the semaglutide page, and both “about $349” and “about $199” per month at starter doses on the Wegovy page itself. Ozempic is shown “from $149 /month”. No dose above the starter is priced.

Oral semaglutide

The brand Wegovy pill (Novo Nordisk), not a compounded tablet: “Starting at $149 / month For the 1.5 mg dose”, with higher strengths unpriced. Rybelsus, the diabetes tablet, is listed from $199 a month. Both are self-pay drug prices paid through the dispensing pharmacy.

Brand tirzepatide

No price for this on Heally's own pages.

Zepbound through LillyDirect. Its own page says it “starts at $250 per month self-pay”, the tirzepatide page and catalog say $299, and a Zepbound blurb on the liraglutide page says “Price starts at $350 from Eli Lilly Direct”. Mounjaro is “$499 per month self-pay”. Higher doses aren't priced.

Compounded liraglutide

Heally prescribes Saxenda, Victoza or compounded liraglutide and shows one figure for all three, “Starting at $199 / month”, beside the line “eRx to local or partner pharmacy (medication billed separately)”. Nothing says which form or dose that figure prices.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. Most treatment pages call the first consultation free (“Your first consultation is free. Treatment prices are dependent on the service.”), but the Ozempic page reads “Free consultation, then one flat visit fee if you are prescribed — among the lowest in online care” and never states the amount. The general FAQ says visit “Pricing information is available when you book an appointment”.

Billing, canceling and refunds

An authorization hold goes on your card about 48 hours before the visit, and the charge goes through only if the doctor approves you.
Subscriptions can be canceled any time in your account or through Heally's support email, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refund is given for a partly used subscription period unless the law requires one.
Medication is billed by the dispensing pharmacy, which sets its own price, shipping and refill terms.
