⚠ Tirzepatide carries two different monthly figures on the two pages, five dollars apart, both read on September 2, 2026: the program page says "As low as $295/mo*" and the product page says "Starting at $290". The program page's figure is recorded because it is the one whose footnote defines the term and whose quarterly rung — $837, or $279 a month — is arithmetically consistent with it.
$189 a month is the cheapest semaglutide plan on Healthon's program page, which footnotes it "On a monthly plan." Tirzepatide is $295 the same way. Commit to three months and semaglutide is $549 a quarter, which is $183 a month, and tirzepatide is $837, which is $279.
Then the problem: the semaglutide product page prints the same $189 and footnotes it "Paid upfront with a 12-month plan." Those two footnotes cannot both be true of one number, and the pages were read on the same day. The program page's own arithmetic is the reason its reading is recorded — a $549 quarter works out at $183 a month, and a quarterly rate that undercuts a twelve-month prepay is not a coherent ladder.
The same split hits tirzepatide differently: $295 a month on the program page, $290 on the product page. Both pages also advertise a checkout discount that is never priced on the page — "Up to $408 off your 12-Month Plan - Discount shown at checkout" for semaglutide, $375 for tirzepatide — so the figure a card is actually charged is not published anywhere a reader can read it before starting.
