Fees on top of the medication
Membership. Required: $149 a month ($39 the first month). The Hers Weight Loss Membership is a separate subscription from the medication, and “Medication is not available without a membership.” It pays for the clinicians, monthly check-ins, dose changes, messaging and a smart scale. FSA and HSA cards can't be used for it.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.
Billing, canceling and refunds
The membership auto-renews monthly unless canceled at least two days before the billing date, and canceling takes effect at the end of the period.
The $39 first-month membership fee is non-refundable.
A first medication order can be refunded only within 48 hours of paying, and nothing is refunded once medication has shipped.
Ending the membership also ends the medication plan.
