† The standard semaglutide and tirzepatide package cards read “12 weeks paid upfront”, “24 weeks paid upfront” and “48 weeks paid upfront” but print only a per-cycle price, so the upfront on those six rungs is that price times 3, 6 or 12 (our multiplication). A footnote adds “All packages are paid in full at the time of purchase” and each card also says “payment plan available”. The three microdosing cards print their own totals ($585.00, $1053.00, $1755.00).

Moving up in dose leaves the price alone: the card reads “same price all doses,” and the FAQ answers “Do you charge more if my dose increases?” with “No!” Injections are twice a week. The first 28-day cycle on the monthly plan is $199.00 under a $100-off promotion, then $299.00. The package cards give only the per-cycle price, never a total.

Standard tirzepatide is one price at every dose (“same price all doses”), injected twice a week, with the first cycle $299.00 under the $100-off promotion and $399.00 after. The last three rungs are a separate Microdosing Tirzepatide program capped at “1.5 mg per dose - 3 mg per week”, with no labs or BMI requirement; it has no monthly option, and its cards print their totals.
