Billing, canceling and refunds

Your card is charged only after a provider approves treatment.
Stopping is allowed whenever you choose, though the terms want an email to Jently's support email two days (48 hours) ahead of the monthly charge date; a pause of as long as 60 days is also on offer.
Refund requests must arrive within 24 hours of the order and before a prescription is issued or shipped, and there are no refunds after a consultation is completed or medication dispensed.
Lost, damaged or undelivered medication is reshipped at no charge.
