Fees on top of the medication
Membership. Required: $89 a month. From the FAQ: “Membership ranges from $89 per month to $169 per month depending on your level of 1-1 coach support. The base price includes your medical visits, daily monitoring, coaching & access to member exclusive content.” The terms: “ONLY CURRENT SUBSCRIBERS MAY USE THE WEBSITES TO OBTAIN TELEHEALTH SERVICES.” It renews monthly or quarterly.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.
Billing, canceling and refunds
Membership renews monthly or quarterly; cancel at least 7 days before the next billing date through the account dashboard or support.
Canceling with more than 7 days' notice earns a prorated refund for the rest of the cycle; later cancellations get none.
The initial telehealth fee isn't refunded once a doctor has reviewed your profile, and shipped medical products can't be returned.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, cost $25 each.
The service, the checks and who should skip JRNYS are in the JRNYS review. To price a plan line by line with any membership and fee added, use the real cost calculator; it reads the same ladder. How the advertised figure compares with every other company's is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
