JumpstartMD bills you for the compounded medication and never says what it costs. From its FAQ: “If you complete a consultation with a JumpstartMD Provider and fill a prescription through our compounding pharmacy partner, the prescription product will be shipped to you by the respective Pharmacy, and the costs associated with the prescription will be charged to you by JumpstartMD.” The intake runs nineteen screens to a card form and none of them shows a medication price.

Membership. Required: $99 a month. Three monthly tiers, none of them on the public site: “Signature IN-CLINIC CARE $349/mo”, “Essential IN-CLINIC CARE $199/mo” and “Online ONLINE CARE $99/mo”, on a screen headed “CHOOSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP”. The $99 shown here is the cheapest. Billing doesn't start the day you pay: “Membership billing starts at your first visit, not today.”
Consultation. $145. A one-time charge to book the first visit, itemized at checkout as “Clinician assessment · lab panel included $379.00”, “Lab fee waived -$234.00”, “Due today $145.00”. It covers the assessment, 69 baseline labs and an InBody scan, and there's no way through the funnel without it.
Billing, canceling and refunds
Booking costs $145, and membership billing begins at the first visit rather than on the day you pay.
A cancellation takes effect only after the longer of the therapy duration or one full billing cycle, per the membership change agreement.
Rejoining later triggers a reactivation fee whose amount is not published.
Compounded medication is charged by JumpstartMD on top of membership, while brand pens are paid at your pharmacy.
