Knownwell sets no drug price. Its out-of-pocket page reprints the manufacturer's cash figure for the starting dose: the Wegovy pen at 0.25 mg is $349 a month, with a new-patient offer of $199 for two months, and Ozempic at 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg is the same $349 with the same offer. Higher doses aren't priced. The page calls all of it “list pricing based on information provided by the respective drug manufacturers.”

Only the 2.5 mg starting dose is listed: Zepbound vials and the Zepbound KwikPen at $299 a month, and the single-dose Zepbound pen at $499 “with coupon”. Mounjaro appears on the medication page with no price. These are manufacturer figures, paid to the pharmacy, not to Knownwell.

The brand Wegovy pill (Novo Nordisk), not a compounded tablet. The pricing page shows it at 1.5 mg for $149 a month “Until end of August 2026”, an offer window that closed before late September, and gives no price after it. The orforglipron pill Foundayo is listed at $149 through the end of December 2026.
The service, the checks and who should skip Knownwell are in the Knownwell review. To price a plan line by line with any membership and fee added, use the real cost calculator; it reads the same ladder. How the advertised figure compares with every other company's is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
