The site never names semaglutide or tirzepatide, only “compounded GLP-1 medications.” The one figure is “Starting at $49 /mo” beside “Same price, Every dose”. The refund policy refers to “single-month, multi-month, and bundled plans” without pricing any of them, and the FAQ's “membership plans page” isn't linked anywhere on the site.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

Every payment is final when made, whether it buys one month or a bundle.
Cancellation, by email, phone or patient portal, needs 72 hours' notice ahead of a billing date and only halts future charges.
If a provider finds you medically ineligible, the unused portion is refunded after services already rendered are deducted.
Wrong or damaged medication gets a pharmacy replacement, never money back.
