$195 covers the average dose, 1 mg a week. The FAQ prices higher doses (1.7 mg or 2.4 mg a week) at $265 a month, $249 on the quarterly plan, and the membership page says a higher dose needs provider approval. The published schedule runs 0.25 mg in weeks 1 to 4, 0.5 mg in weeks 5 to 8 and 1 mg from week 9 onward.
