Billing, canceling and refunds
Longevixx subscriptions bill at checkout, then every 30 days, with an email notice about a week before each charge.
Turning off auto-refill works until two days before the monthly processing date, though the program FAQ asks for 30 days' notice.
Prescription orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of ordering, and refunds are limited to wrong or damaged items, safety problems, unshipped orders or a declined prescription.
Longevixx deducts a $35 disposal fee from any returned medication.
