The terms say “All orders are processed as one-time purchases” and describe buying “a multi-pack of treatment supplies at a discounted bulk rate”, which points to paying for the term at once, but the charge is never stated. Upfront figures on term rungs are the monthly rate times the months.

An injection kit with B12, one price at every dose: the table is headed “All doses the same price, plans based on frequency,” and the page promises “Flat pricing, no increases as you titrate up.” The microdosing program uses the same four figures. Semaglutide also comes as oral drops, a troche and a dissolving tablet; only the tablet shows a price (from $209 a month).

Billing, canceling and refunds

Orders are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
A $40 administrative fee applies to any cancellation made before dispatch, whether or not a prescriber has reviewed the order; after the prescription is finalized and sent on, it's locked in.
Nothing dispensed can be returned or refunded, and a damaged or wrong item reported within 48 hours is replaced.
