Billing, canceling and refunds
Some plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the frequency shown at checkout; cancel in account settings or by emailing support before the next billing date.
Once an order is processed, charges are generally final.
If a provider can't prescribe, payment is refunded under the checkout terms, and a treatment that becomes unavailable qualifies for a prorated refund of the unshipped part of a prepaid plan, processed within 30 days.
