Compounded tirzepatide

No price for this on Marek Health's own pages.

The weight-loss page offers “Tirzepatide” injections once weekly with no price or dose table. Filed as compounded because the FAQ says Marek fulfills orders only through “503A/503B FDA Approved and Audited compounding pharmacies”; semaglutide appears in the FAQ text but not as an offered product.

Fees on top of the medication

Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. $299. “Start treatment online $299” under Guided Optimization, whose intake includes a coach assessment and “A 25-minute consultation with a licensed medical provider”. The refund policy: “The payment collected at booking is a non-refundable deposit towards the provider exam”. A “minimum $450 lab panel purchase” is required on top.
