Thirteen 28-day supplies fill a 364-day year, so $116 a supply is $1,508 a year rather than the $1,392 that twelve payments would come to. Four other figures for the same product appear elsewhere on the site: $79.99/month and $150 per month on the semaglutide page, $149.99 on the home page, and a comparison table reading "Cost: $149.99-$249.99 per month" whose range contains neither of the two lowest. Maximus states no minimum term anywhere, and says "No membership fees, transparent pricing."
