† MD Exam publishes a per-month rate for each term and no charged-today figure for any of them. Its terms say only “By subscribing to our service, you agree to a recurring monthly charge. This charge will continue until you explicitly cancel your subscription.” That points away from prepayment, so the charged-today column here is the per-month rate times the term — this site’s arithmetic, not MD Exam’s figure.
MD Exam publishes one ladder for everything it sells, on MD Exam's home page under the heading “All meds cost the same”, and it's the only place on the site that attaches a term to a price. The injectable semaglutide product page prints “$192” with no term at all, which is the ladder's 6-month rate turning up on a page that never says so. No rung has a published charged-today figure. The terms say only “By subscribing to our service, you agree to a recurring monthly charge”, which points away from prepayment, so the charged-today column above is this site's arithmetic (the per-month rate times the term), not a number MD Exam states. Set a term rung here against a prepay elsewhere and you're comparing our multiplication with their published charge.
Same ladder, same source: MD Exam's home page, headed “All meds cost the same”. The oral semaglutide product page prints “$192” with no term attached, the same figure and the same silence as the injectable page. Because MD Exam's terms describe only a recurring monthly charge and never a charged-today amount, the charged-today column is the per-month rate times the term, this site's arithmetic rather than MD Exam's number.
The tirzepatide product page is the odd one out. It prints “$258”, a figure that appears nowhere in the ladder on MD Exam's home page and matches no rung on it, on a site whose catalog page says “All meds cost the same”. As with semaglutide, the charged-today column above is the per-month rate times the term, since MD Exam publishes no charged-today figure for any rung.
