Fees on top of the medication

Membership. Required for oral semaglutide, brand semaglutide and brand tirzepatide: $49 a month for oral semaglutide, $99 a month for brand semaglutide and brand tirzepatide. Measured's "From $49/mo" is the plan fee, and what it buys depends on which plan you pick. On the compounded and microdose plans the cards say "Medication included", so the figures in the ladder above are all-in and nothing is added. On the five brand plans the cards say "Medication paid separately", so the $49 buys the clinicians, the dietitian and the app, and none of the drug. It isn't added to the compounded rungs because it's already in them. The Wegovy pill page ties that $49 to the pill, whose drug NovoCare bills separately; the Wegovy pen and Zepbound pages price the membership at $99 instead (“Measured membership is $99/month”).
