The MEDVi Semaglutide program starts at $179 for your first month with no contract. This cost covers your physician review, full personalized plan, 1:1 guidance, metabolic report, and the cost of the prescription medication shipped right to your door. Refills are locked in at $299 and include all the same program benefits.https://glp1.medvi.org/ — read 2026-09-02
$299$299

One price at every dose is promised nowhere we read. The $299 is described as a locked refill rate covering the medication and the program together: “Medication is included in the cost of the MEDVi Program.”

What the price includes

$179 buys the first month. $299 buys every month after that, and MEDVi says so itself in the FAQ at the bottom of the same page the $179 banner sits on top of: the program “starts at $179 for your first month with no contract”, and “Refills are locked in at $299 and include all the same program benefits.” We publish the $299, because that's the number you live with.

Then there's the membership question, and here the page argues with itself. The hero reads “No membership or hidden fees! Everything you need is included”. Three of the five product cards immediately beneath it read “$99 Membership + Medication Cost” — for the Wegovy pill, the Wegovy injection and the Zepbound injection. Both statements sat on one page on one day. The reading that reconciles them is that the compounded programs carry no membership and the brand ones do, but the page never says that, and the promise is not qualified.

The dissolvable tablets are advertised at “Starting at $249”. What a refill costs isn't printed. That matters more here than it usually would, because the injection's “Starting at $179” turned out to mean month one, and the FAQ that explains it covers the Semaglutide program only. The brand medications are thinner still: the card gives you the $99 membership and calls the rest “Medication Cost”, which is not a price.

Cancel at least 72 hours before the next billing date or you're charged for another cycle. On a monthly plan there's no refund at all for the month you cancel in — MEDVi's refund policy says so in capitals — and none for prior months. The exceptions are narrow and clearly written: a full refund inside the first 72 hours if you've received nothing, and a full refund if a provider disqualifies you.

The rest of the review — what the service is like and who should skip it — is on the MEDVi review. Prices move; this page was read September 2026, and the company's own site is the current source.

To see every plan above priced out line by line — the rate, any required membership, any published consultation fee, and what a prepay term charges today — use the real cost calculator. It reads the same ladder this page does, so the two cannot disagree.

How MEDVi's advertised figure compares with every other company's, in each company's own words and sorted by the size of the gap, is on the September 2026 Price Gap Index.
