Fees on top of the medication

Membership. Required: $79 a month. Required for any prescription: every medication page reads “Requires a Mochi Health Membership. Cost of medication not included in Mochi Health Membership Fee.” The ongoing fee is $79 a month, or prepaid at $207 for three months, $354 for six and $588 for twelve. It covers unlimited provider and care-team access, messaging and 24/7 support; medication and diagnostic services are billed separately.
Consultation. No separate consultation fee is disclosed.

Billing, canceling and refunds

Membership bills monthly, or upfront for three, six or twelve months, and medication is charged separately.
Cancel in the account or by phone; an email request is not accepted.
Cancellation takes effect when the paid term ends, and a partly used term earns no refund.
