Fees on top of the medication
Membership. None. The medication price is the whole monthly charge.
Consultation. The refund policy says “Telehealth consultation fees are non-refundable. This includes cases where a medication is not prescribed.” No amount is published, and the FAQ says “you won’t be charged until a physician approves your treatment.”
Billing, canceling and refunds
Mondae plans auto-renew; the cancellation cutoff is shown at checkout.
Mondae gives a full refund on a canceled order only before dispensing or shipping, and all purchases are final once shipped.
Telehealth consultation fees are non-refundable, including when no medication is prescribed, and other refunds are reviewed case by case.
For a replacement, Mondae needs photos of damaged or defective medication within 48 hours of delivery.
