Its own words are “The GLP-1 medications offered by MyStart Health are compounded formulations prepared by licensed U.S. pharmacies”, and /semaglutide, /tirzepatide, /products, /medications and /pricing all return 404. FDA's 2025 letter says the site offered compounded semaglutide, but that's the agency's observation of the site a year earlier, not a claim the company publishes today. One price covers every variable the intake asks about: drug, dose, a 4-week or 12-week supply, and monthly or 3-month billing. None of those is priced separately anywhere on the site.
